Vesicularia ferriei “Weeping“ - Weeping Moss

The beautiful Vesicularia ferriei ‘Weeping’ is commonly known as Weeping Moss and comes from Asia. Reports suggest it was originally imported from China, and it is also distributed in the south of Japan. In the wild it grows on wet rocks, moist riverbanks and on wet soil near small streams. It gets its common name from the way it grows under water in a similar appearance to the formation of branches and leaves of the weeping willow tree.
