Rope Walking Technique - How to Climb a Rope Twice as Fast

The most asked question of this last week was..... How does she climb so fast!?! So in this video we will get into the Rope Walking technique and we will talk about the history and evolution of rope climbing techniques. We cover some of the gear options and what is and is not allowed in an industrial rope access setting. I am joined by Saskia from the Yes Ma’am Rescue team as she explains to us the why and how of her setup.
