Uzbek samsa (somsa) is a hearty baked dish of Uzbek cuisine for holidays and everyday life, with various fillings for every taste. Essentially, samsa is baked puff pastries, but with a unique aroma and taste of the East. The filling for the original samsa is made from minced meat and fat. Ingredients Dough: Flour - 1 kg Water - 500 ml Salt - 1 tsp Egg - 1 pc. Butter or margarine - 200 gr 1 yolk a little milk for greasing. Sesame and cumin for sprinkling Filling: Minced chicken - 550 gr Chopped onion - 2 pcs Potatoes cut into small cubes - 300 gr.
