Blender & Grease Pencil - Golden Flowers Animation

Hey Everyone! Here’s a new piece inspired by one of my favorite songs from Utada Hikaru called “Stay Gold”. I came across this song again after not hearing it for years and it brought back lots of memories. I thought it’d be fun to create a piece around this song and do a piano cover as well! This was actually the test run for another video I’m hoping to upload soon. I’m planning on turning a simplified version of this piece into a tutorial so, I revisited some of the same blender & grease pencil techniques see in my “Creating Glowing Moonflowers” video to help. For this piece, I focused a lot on color and details, and also had fun with a new screen tablet that really made creating this piece enjoyable.
