Started a new program, might give me a bit more focus which I need at the moment.
Really light bench and squat, but a lot of reps. Really felt technique starting to flow by the 8th set! May have benefits. Deadlift was decent work, felt a bit fatigued from monster rep work last session though... Light Deadlift tomorrow, heavier Squats and Bench...
