Casting TASK®7 Flame Out® Fire Resistant Urethane Resin

TASK® 7 Flame Out® is a low viscosity, fast set flame resistant plastic ideal for making fire resistant prototype and architectural models, model toys, theme park and stage elements, durable miniatures and special effect props. Flame Out® can also be used as a fire retardant potting and encapsulation compound. Flame Out® meets UL 94 V-O requirements for flame resistance. Fully cured Flame Out® material is tough, durable, machinable and paintable. It has much higher physical and performance properties than any other flame rated urethane available anywhere. Vibrant colors and color effects are possible by adding SO-Strong® color tints. Dispense equal amounts 1A:1B by volume. Dispense Parts A & B into mixing container. Mix Parts A & B as directed. Pour into mold. TASK® 7 Flame Out® cures in minutes. Casting can be demolded after 10 minutes. TASK® 7 Flame Out® reflects perfect detail and will self-extinguish.
