Using a stochastic process to approximate the Gaussian function (. normal curve, bell curve) in Minecraft by applying the central limit theorem. This is essentially the Minecraft equivalent of the machine with a lot of marbles falling through a series of pins.
Initial tests using a simpler contraption and silverfish were semi-successful - for some reason the silverfish preferred to go North and West, which skewed the resulting distribution.
