The Hurst Lightning Rod floor shifter was introduced in the ’83 H/O. For its 15th Anniversary Edition, the ’84 H/O came only in silver with red and black accents. Chrome 15“ wheels fitted Goodyear Eagle GT tires, and a power bulge hood and rear spoiler gave this car a purposeful look. This Cutlass is everything that was cool back in the early 80’s. It was ahead of its time with the Lightning Rod shifters, which is similar to an auto-stick that you see in modern cars today. It may look a little confusing to operate, but once you get it down, oh boy is this car a blast to drive! This cutlass is equipped with a recently rebuilt, but still numbers matching 307cid V8. Paired to the original motor is a 200r4 with overdrive to safely bring you up to highway speeds. The burgundy interior still shows very well for its age as well.
