Erik and I started out the month in Vigo, Spain but came back to the UK for a couple of weeks before flying out to the USA. While we were in the UK we weren’t training too much (stupid injuries) but we did make it down to the Urban Ninja Obstacle Course that was set up for a few days in Tooting BEC Common, London.
