To Biden, China questions US sincerity for communication, demands end to illegal unilateral sanction

Bloomberg: US President Joe Biden said he expected ties with China to improve very shortly and called the balloon incident silly, speaking to reporters at the end of the G7 Summit. Biden also said that his administration was considering whether to lift sanctions on Chinese Defense Minister, whom the US Defense Secretary requests to meet.
