Mace Windu Force Crushes Grievous [4K HDR] - Star Wars: Clone Wars

No, I’m still not restoring this scene into the Revenge of the Sith Supercut, but I have left it intact in the bonus Battle of Coruscant episode for the 4K HDR 2003 Clone Wars remaster. A 4K HDR remaster of the Genndy Tartakovsky 2003 Clone Wars series, recut into 4 episodes with small edits to make it fit more appropriately with a chronological viewing order alongside the 2008 Clone Wars series. While I had already released a version of this project in the past, I am now updating it with a new v2.0 to fix a few small issues and better tighten the material to fit alongside the official canon clone wars content. The project is broken down into 4 episodes total: 1. The Battle of Muunilinst 2. The Menace of Grievous 3. The Battle of Nelvaan 4. The Battle of Coruscant (A bonus episode featuring unaltered footage that was used in the ROTS Supercut without the “canon friendly“ changes) The entire 2008 series from the beginning of the 2008 film up to just before Siege of Mandalore/Episode 3 fits between the second and third episode of these cuts now. Anakin is knighted and gets his scar by the end of the second episode, leading right into the start of the main Clone Wars series. The Battle of Nelvaan covers the last few months/weeks of the Outer Rim Sieges right up to the days before Revenge of the Sith. Even during the days of the EU, many of these events depicted in this series were not shows in the correct timeline order, so these cuts are designed to fix all those problems that have existed with this show since at least 2003. Most of the changes to content itself are minor, namely a few updated voices (General Grievous, Kit Fisto, ect ect), removals of a few small scenes based on outdated timeline information (removal of any shots where Padawan Anakin is in his ETA-2 late war fighter), and a shot for shot selective cropping of the material to fit the cinematic widescreen aspect ratio the rest of the prequel era material all uses. If you’ve seen the changes I already made to the material in the ROTS supercut’s Battle of Coruscant segments, expect something similar here for episodes 1-3 of this project. Episode 4 will not have any changes in the footage, since the ROTS supercut is meant to be watched after the Battle of Nelvaan instead. The last episode is just a bonus for those who want to see that footage unaltered. A completely unaltered 4K HDR upscale of the entire show based on the original DVD cuts may be released at a later time. No changes in any material will be made to that version. Use the following Google Doc to see the cuts for yourself, then follow the instructions there. P.S. Content ID is very, very oddly strict about this series, only allowing me to get up 30 second clips at any given time before blocking them entirely, so I apologize for only showing small samples of footage. (I suspect a false disney account has claimed the entire show, but that’s another matter entirely) #CloneWars2003 #genndytartakovsky #GenndyCloneWars #2k3CloneWars
