The tofu is soaking up the delicious flavour and aroma from the spring onions, shiitake mushrooms and ginger 😋 ☺︎ Subscribe for more plant-based recipes (new recipes every week) : Instagram ＊ Ingredients (serves 2)＊ 300g firm tofu 4–5 spring onions (about 100g) 2–3 shiitake mushrooms A little piece of ginger 1–2 dried red chillies 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 200ml vegetable broth (1/2 vegetable stock cube dissolved in 200ml boiling water) 2 teaspoons sugar A pinch of white pepper Dash of sesame oil Plain steamed rice for sarving Ingredients I used; Soy Sauce:
