The seminar’s purpose was to introduce the participants to the essentials of Marozzo’s method using the partisan: the defending, attacking, and the tactics. Furthermore the seminar provided the participants with a framework of how to start and continue training it with series of warm-ups and conditioning exercises, basic exercises, partner exercises, starting from the very basics, into plays and ultimately into freeplay. Apologies for the bad sound quality I, once again, managed to mess up charging the microphone’s transmitter.
