Hurricane Elsa forecast: Saturday morning, July 3

Hurricane Elsa has weakened and appears less organized this morning. Elsa will not be able to strengthen much until it crosses Cuba and then gets into the Florida Straits and possibly the Gulf of Mexico. The forecast models still do not agree on where Elsa might hit Florida.
