🐹 The Country Mouse and the City Mouse 🐭

Two childhood friends are reunited, and each samples life in the other one’s world! Mr. Paul reads aloud “The Country Mouse and the City Mouse,“ an Aesop’s Fable illustrated by Scott Gustafson. This short fable is an excellent way to demonstrate how people get accustomed to their own life patterns, and how seeing things from a different perspective can be challenging. The lush illustrations add whimsy to this classic tale, which is well-suited to students in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and third grade. The story works equally well as a family bedtime story at home, or for story time at school. It is also known as “City Mouse, Country Mouse.“
