My Dojyo Ⅱ

Kudo has a core of basic formal techniques. Beyond that it is very flexible and there are many ways to achieve ones goals. However, many guys have potential but do not know what to do or how to do. I decided to share what we do in my Dojyo. It is not good or bad, correct or wrong, old or new. It is the elements, combination of which build Kudo fighter in my opinion. Here I present our regular, non-Gi, striking day routine. I will be happy if it gives somebody new hints or ideas.
