食材
豬肉絲-50g、烏龍麵-1份(250g)、紅蘿蔔絲(去皮)-30g、洋蔥絲-30g、高麗菜(切小片)-50g
調味
鹽-1/4茶匙、黑胡椒-1/4茶匙
醬汁
雞高湯-150ml、醬油-1湯匙、味醂-1茶匙、清酒-1湯匙
步驟
(1) 準備一個小碗,將醬汁之調味料拌勻備用。
(2) 中火油鍋,放入洋蔥絲及紅蘿蔔絲拌炒至軟化。
(3) 放入豬肉絲拌炒至上色,再放入鹽及黑胡椒拌勻。
(4) 放入高麗菜拌炒至軟化,倒入醬汁,以中火煮至沸騰。
(5) 放入烏龍麵,蓋上鍋蓋,以中小火悶至麵條鬆散,約3分鐘。打開鍋蓋,將麵條與醬汁拌勻即可。

Ingredients
50g pork loin (cut into long thin strips), 1 serving udon noodle (250g), 30g carrot (peeled and julienne), 30g onion (julienne), 50g cabbage (cut into small pieces)
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
Sauce
150ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp Mirin, 1 tbsp Sake
Instructions
(1) In a small bowl, add the seasoning of sauce, mix well.
(2) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour into 1 tbsp cooking oil, add onion and carrot, stir fry over medium heat until soft.
(3) Add pork and stir fry until cooked, add salt and black pepper, stir well.
(4) Add cabbage and stir fry until soft, pour the sauce into the pan, boil over medium heat.
(5) Add the udon noodle, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot and simmer until soft, around 3 minutes, then stir well the noodle with sauce. Enjoy!
