[3] - SLICED MEAT LOAF with sweet mustard The Sliced Meat Loaf is called “Leberkäse“ or “Fleischkäse“ in Austria and Germany. It consists of lean, low-tendon pork, bacon and finely grated ice flakes. Sometimes a portion of beef is also added. The ingredients are finely chopped, seasoned and then the mass is filled into box-shaped roasters and baked in the oven. [4] - PORK CUTLET / PORK SCHNITZEL Pork Schnitzel (Escalopes) are cheaper, so more of them are sold every day. That’s why he beats a lot of pork cutlets for the day befor the customers come. [5] - Veal Escalope / Original Wiener Schnitzel The veal schnitzel is an original Viennese schnitzel.
