Ghidorah Suite | Godzilla: King of the Monsters (Original Soundtrack) by Bear McCreary

The Monsterverse, while very rocky and varying in quality for me personally, has had consistently great music from many different composers. I will be making a series of suites up till Godzilla vs Kong, where I will also make suites of that film’s score. Despite my issues with King of the Monsters, I felt the one aspect they nailed was Ghidorah. By far my favorite incarnation, he was malicious, scary, and intimidating as all hell. He got a new theme by McCreary, one of his best in my opinion, with off kilter and uncanny Buddhist chanting, loud brass, and a motif that’s rife with evil.
