Spikey Wikey - . (The Word Is) [Tech House]

That’s right! The founder of Cider Party himself, Spikey Wikey aka Tacos, gets his debut on the channel, and I’m pleased to be able to do it! What’s more, with a much creative and lovely track that isn’t lacking groove! Recently coming back to the front of the scene with his Tanks for the Memories-themed track “Shining Free“ released through PonyChord, Spikey Wikey patiently honed his skill some more while always being so on top of things when it comes to electronic music, and now is the time to showcase a brand new track at the one Party that he originally founded and managed! Part of an upcoming new pony album titled “Party’s Over“, “. (The Word Is)“ is another venture in the House genre that has got much funky-ness, and that makes such a creative use of pony samples! All throughout the track you will hear pony responses to calls, making for a great dynamic, and those sentences were meticulously hand-crafted, with for example Rarity’s line “I’ll have to call you back“ being created from “4 different episodes stitched together“! Such creative pony endeavors are so lovely to see, and it definitely does wonders to bring some unique flavor to the House arrangement! And it’s actually but one of the many pony songs that Spikey has been working on in 2019, that will be included in the upcoming album! That is so big, and I’m so looking forward to it!!
