M Saito Sensei - Kumi Tachi & Kumi Jo

Featuring Morihiro saito sensei. The first part of the video shows Saito sensei, giving detailed instruction on the five kumi tachi. The translator is, Pat hendricks Sensei, 7th Dan Aikikai, and Menkyo Kaiden holder (full transmission teaching licence), in iwama ryu Aiki ken & Aiki Jo Buki Waza (weapons techniques. the Uke is Kenichi Shibata, long term student of Morihiro saito Sensei and is currently a 6th Dan holder. The second part is a short demonstration of ken tai Jo, or Jo against sword. The final part of this video is a culmination and demonstrates clearly, the inter relationship of ken, Jo & Taijitsu or empty handed technique.
