Phene Neal - London’s 742nd Lord Mayor.“ Guildhall, London. Buglers play fanfare. Tilt down exterior of grubby looking Guildhall. Various dignitaries of the City of London walk in robes and regalia carrying small posies of flowers. The New Lord Mayor of London with his retinue of men carrying the ceremonial sword and mace walk past. MS of new Mayor Sir William Phene Neal and the old mayor - not clear which is which.
