Creating a textile landscape...

Create a fabric landscape and learn to use an embellisher! This tutorial shows how to use one, up close, and in detail, with some delicious fabrics from my stash. I am very lucky to look out of my window and see the beautiful Cumbrian hills, but a landscape could be created from your own photographs, memories, or from your imagination. And while embellishing is a great way to create a textural textile landscape with ease, it’s the fabrics and how you arrange them that make it what it is.
