On the Wolf River, water levels quickly rose causing numerous evacuations and water rescues. One RV park had to be evacuated with several RV’s now stuck in deep, fast moving water. A road in Lumberton was washed cutting off a family. County crews work feverishly to place pilings in the washed out road to attempt to get the family before he
