2km Erg Test | 5:52.8 | British Rowing Olympic Trials 2023 Day 1 of 2

Hello Youtubers! Welcome to the first day of British Rowing Olympic Trials. The first day includes a 2000m row on the rowing machine to assess fitness. I managed a 5:52.8, a respectable score and one that I was relatively surprised about. I knew my fitness was at a good level but I was not sure what score I would come away with leading into the test itself. The test itself was one of the “easiest“ 5:52s I have ever completed which bodes well for any fitness endeavors I have coming up. After the erg test it is time to fuel up and relax to prepare for day 2 of the British Rowing Olympic Trials where we get out on the water.
