60 MIN FULL BODY CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT is actually very simple, yet super effective.
This is a great workout which is extremely effective at burning calories or improving your cardiovascular endurance.
With this HIIT routine I have broken the workout into several rounds to couple cardio HIIT style rounds with a moderate intensity strength training to target all the muscle groups and keep the level of cardio high.
It includes a quick warm-up with 45 second intervals followed by a 50-minute routine with a great variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises. After the routine you get a quick cool down which besides bringing down the heart rate “polishes off” the muscles and stretches them for the best results.
