Construction sites are usually hidden behind covered fences and signs informing about, and apologizing for, loud noices and inconveniences. But the municipality of Upplands Väsby north of Stockholm wanted to do something different when renovating a block of resident buildings. They were proud of the constructions going on within the muncipality as they were transforming neighbourhoods. They also wanted to give something back to the locals.
