Kurt Lewin’s leadership study (1940s)

Sound, black-and-white Film footage from Kurt Lewin’s famous studies of the effects of different types of leadership on the social climate of groups. Lewin compared the effects of autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership, a topic that was of vast importance in the years during and after World War II.
