In this video I react to two Fermilab videos with Don Lincoln about the slowing and bending of light in glass and water. While he does a great job debunking some wrong explanations he gives wrong explanations because he fails to provide a theory that matches with how the speed of light, permittivity, and permeability are regulated by the quantum field.
