SPH vortex street

This simulation illustrates the formation of vortices behind an object subject to a sustained flow. The flow is the result of a constant pressure applied to the left of the container : particles are generated until the source reaches a density factor of 1.5. The result is the so called “Von Karman vortex street“. Programed in C /OpenGL. Multithread with OpenMP.
