UFO’s ?! Strange lights!

Strange lights I saw appear over Chicago on around 8:15 pm. Have no idea what they are. I was amazed at how fast they were moving. I know they aren’t planes! If anyone knows what they are let me know and I’ll change the title and tags. I don’t really believe there is anyone “here“ except us humans! The best explanation I’ve gotten so far is from a 8 year old little girl. Rapunzel’s birthday yo!
