Ingredients:
1/4th cup fine semolina/ sooji
3/4th cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
1/2 tsp fennel seed powder (optional)
2 tbsp malai
1 1/2 cup milk
For sugar syrup-
1 cup sugar
3/4th cup water
2 cardomom
7 to 8 saffron strands
ghee for frying
