Revision tympanoplasty following failed Titanium TORP Malleus-to-stapes footplate procedure
(Language: english/french). Transcanal right revision tympanoplasty following failed previous total ossicular chain reconstruction for traumatic hearing loss (head trauma). The previous cartilage graft which was used by the previous surgeon is too thick and is removed. Middle ear exploration reveals a dislocated incus and stapes superstructure which are removed. The stapes footplate is mobile. Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Vincent-Grace HA-Titanium TORP which does not require cartilage interposition. H
