In Mandi’s Aviary: Cinders, Gelert, Teddy, and Zena just hang out.

The old dudes’ aviary is getting a new door fitted, so the oldies are in the hospital cages outdoors until the work is completed. They’re just hanging out, yawning and snoozing and keeping an eye on the works. As usual, Cinders and Gelert share a sling, but Teddy seems to have attracted a satellite, Zena. Who knows?, this might be get beginning of a beautiful besties friendship. It’s good for Teddy who is still missing Walter. And as a special bonus, we have a short clip of Lord Farquhar wanting to be let into where Mandi is feeding one of the babies. You can see all the patched damage to the fly screen, where he has attempted to peck his way in. Remember how he likes the drop sheet in the baby’s aviary? The one with the coloured jelly beans which he treats like his eggs, crooning and fussing over them and pecking at them? That’s why he wants back in. He’s a bit of a character.
