I thought I’d show you a new way of making your onigirazu as well - this technique involves one cut with scissors and then some folding, so it is just as easy as the “old“ wrapping method. I used greaseproof paper to make my onigirazu instead of clingfilm but if you want to eat straight from the cutting board, you don’t need to use any wrapping at all! Just fold and enjoy!
