upperbody freestyle football terminology by vlad_upperz

When I was in Prague during Superball ’19 I found out that a lot of people just didn’t know the names of tricks in upperbody category. So I decided to make this video in hopes of helping beginner freestylers to advance, or simply communicating their ideas/combos clearly. I realize that maybe some freestylers have other names for those tricks. However that’s how I got used to calling them. Cheers!
