Diffuse Biliary Peritonitis - Laparoscopic cholecystectomy

A 78 years old male patient admitted to Department of surgery on 2019. due to severe pain in the RUQ of abdomen. Urgent surgery was performed on . because of diffuse peritonitis. Lab. Parameters: WBC-4,2; Granulocytes-84,8; CRP-164; Indir. Bilirubin-28,5; dir. Bilirubin-10,6 Also, angina pectoris patient. Difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed. A very thickened and inflammated gallbladder wall was found with tough adhesions, certain amount of free liquid in abdomen and
