Suns out, buns out: raise your plastic cups HIGH UP for Twisted’s brand new outdoor cooking show AL FRESCO, with me, your host, Hugh Woodward(@hughwoodward)! This week Spencer is making Burnt Aubergine chutney stuffed tear & share bread with whipped feta and zhough for a perfect picnic recipe! We pair it, of course with our very own Twisted IPA that we made with our friends at Brewgooder (name a better beer. I’m waiting!) I’ll be with you at the beach, at Notting Hill carnival, as well as some other al fresco dining situations, and we’ll be eating some extra stunning food with some extra stunning guests and checking in with people on the street to discover the recipe for the best summer ever.
