I reached out to several Belarusians and got the wonderful opportunity to visit Krupitsa village after meeting Ira through Couchsurfing. Ira was so excited to invite me to come and stay with her parents and her son. I was excited to see life in the countryside and got lucky to be present during Ira’s father’s birthday.
