French President Raymond Poincare makes a state visit to Russia, 1912 - 1914. Carriages stop in middle of field. Poincare & his wife are greeted by Tzar Nicholas II. Poincare and wife ride in procession with the Tzar and the Tsarina Alexandra. Their open coach is followed by Russian Army officers riding horses, soldiers are lined up at roadside.
