Presenting a patient with a history of chronic left shoulder dislocations. Surgery was done all arthroscopically. Procedures: Remplissage; posterior capsulabral repair with suture anchor; Bankart repair with suture anchors (3), Type 2 SLAP lesion repair with suture anchors. The labral suture anchors are Y Knot suture anchors from Conmed and the Remplissage suture anchor is a Threvo suture anchor from Conmed. Surgery time: 70 minutes. General anesthesia. Lateral position.
