MILAN - FashionTV is in Milan for the Brioni men’s Spring/Summer 2012 presentation. Director of Men’s Style Gianluigi Di Nino says, “We based our collection firmly on 50s style Cuba because we felt that this could espouse our idea of a light collection made of fine, diaphanous garments mixed with colorful outfits.“ Cuba is full of Caribbean colors, says Di Nino, and they use this along with lightweight, tropical fabrics.
