The annual Caribbean fete, and end of summer extravaganza on Eastern Parkway Broooklyn was another hit this year. As all the Island Nations decendeded on the Borough to fraternize, socialise and jump for joy, it was again evident that the spirit of the West Indies is so alive and the creativity of the people as vibrant as ever.
