So here’s a follow-along workout, the one that I love doing whenever I’m feeling like my legs need some more strength and stability.⠀
Workout structure: we are doing each exercise for 45 seconds, we have 15 seconds rest intervals in between each exercise and there are 20 exercises in total. You can look at the top left corner to see a preview of an exercise during the rest interval of pilates complex.
