On 28 July 1999, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales accompanied his 98-year-old grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother to the Sandringham Flower Show. For 140 years, the flower show has been held in Sandringham Park within view of Sandringham House, the monarch’s Norfolk residence.
