Credit: Amy Forsythe | Date Taken: 11/01/2016 Republic of Korea Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Lee Soon-Jin and the Commander of Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces in Korea, Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, held a joint press conference at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam, Nov. 1, 2016. They were on Guam for bilateral discussions on the importance of considering all options to deter North Korea from future provocations. Their visit to Guam coincided with the arrival of ballistic submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN-735)
