FTB OceanBlock 5: Soul Campfile, Diamond Mesh, Nether Quartz, Storage Drawers Controller

Goal is to make a diamond mesh and a storage drawers controller. To convert the diamond cluster into diamonds, we need a Soul Campfire. Once we have diamonds, we can get a better return from sifting, and so we need to be able to sort and store these resources.
