Griffin Murphy attends in-house team practice and keeps busy with SKLZ Hopz vertical leap trainer. He works out with it 6-7 days per week. His regimen includes now working beyond 5-6 sets of 50 jumps per set. 250-300 jumps per session. Stand-still and broad jump intermittently.
