The last few days have produced some good waves at the break that put Siargao Island firmly on the surfing map - Cloud 9. We’ve had some small to medium swells recently, but at least the wind has started blowing offshore most days. It gets light very early here.. around 5am, but that doesn’t stop decent crowds forming most mornings at dawn, especially if the wave is on.
