Somun ekmek (Turkish loaf bread)

Turkish loaf bread (Somun Ekmek) sold by every bakery in Turkey. Somun Ekmek has a wonderful sweet mild yeast aroma, perfect crust and a spring back texture. This recipe makes 2 loafs Ingredients (cup measurement 250ml) 10g dried yeast 1 Teaspoon salt 400ml warm water (1 and 3/4 cup of water) 600g flour (3 and less then half cup of flour) Bake for 25-30 minutes at 230℃ in the oven with fan Malzemeler (bardak örcüsü 250ml ) 10g kuru maya 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz 400ml ılık su (1 ve yarim su bardaktan biraz fazla su) 600g un (3 ve yarımdan biraz az su bardak un) 230℃ de fanli fırında yaklaşık 25-30 dakika instagram Background music
